Equisys delivers new dual function fax and PDF software for low cost document production and delivery

Zetafax Duo solution offers secure document production and delivery by fax and PDF by email

Equisys, the developer of software for document production and delivery, today announced the availability of Zetafax Duo. The product combines Equisys' market leading Zetafax fax server technology with its critically acclaimed and award winning Zetadocs PDF software to provide businesses with product that automates many of the aspects of document production and delivery, and radically reduces the costs and time involved.

For businesses that do not already use PC based faxing or PDF software, Zetafax Duo can deliver cost-savings of more than 80% over existing processes, by replacing paper with electronic document production and delivery by email or fax.

Zetafax Duo is a newly developed integration between Equisys' flagship Zetafax software, and Zetadocs PDF, that allows users to transform any business document into a single file and then email or fax it instantly to recipients through a single user interface.

Email documents are converted to PDF format and sent using Microsoft Outlook, while fax documents are sent as TIFF images via the central fax server. "Zetafax Duo combines two vitally important means of business communication," explained Chris Oswald, CEO of Equisys. "By using Zetafax Duo, the sender can prepare business documents in a single interface, without worrying about how they will be sent. The software can choose the most appropriate and cost-effective means of delivery, resulting in time savings, cost savings and enhanced customer service."

Available at a special price starting at £995 for 5 users, the Zetafax Duo software is available in 5, 10, 25, 50 and 100 user licenses.
