Zetafax supports the Brooktrout Technology Expansion (TEC) program. The TEC program enables existing TR1034 intelligent fax board users to purchase additional channels via a software license key. If you would like to take advantage of the TEC program you should first contact Equisys or your Zetafax dealer to order your upgrade.

Once you have ordered your upgrade please follow the steps below:

1. Download the TR1034 License Key Manual. This manual provides instructions on gathering the necessary information to acquire the TR1034 License Keys. It also walks you through the process to apply the key once it has been supplied

2. Download the Brooktrout License.exe program. This program will enable you to query the card for the serial number and download the License file to the card

3. Complete the TR1034 License Key Questionnaire and return this to Equisys or your Zetafax dealer (if outside the UK) so that we can ensure you receive the correct license key
