Zetadocs SDK -  Integration with Sage SalesLogix

Zetadocs integrates with Sage SalesLogix CRM software to automate the process of sending documents directly to SaleLogix contacts.  Sales quotes can be merged to company letterhead and combined with terms and conditions and a product brochure, and then sent directly by email or fax with a single mouse click.

Email marketing mailshots can be sent automatically to groups of SalesLogix contacts, so that each recipient receives a great looking, personalized document. A copy of the sent document can be stored automatically against the customer history.

Using SalesLogix ‘Write Templates’ command, you can use the Zetadocs SDK to automate the production of your documents, such as adding body text to the email, automatically populating the fax or email address from the SalesLogix Account or Contact screens, customize the subject line and even add attachments to your document or place it on letterhead prior to sending the document.  In addition, you can choose the way the document is sent, either via fax or email.  Once you submit the document, it can be placed back into the Account History using the send SLX button from Outlook.  A customized document with just a few simple clicks!

The final PDF – as you can see this is the document that has been opened from the history tab in the Account Screen.  Opening the document in history will allow you to see the customized PDF that was sent to your customer and is available for those who have rights to this account to view.
