Zetadocs SDK for ERP applications
Zetadocs PDF integrates with ERP applications to automate the process of sending financial documents such as invoices, statements and remittances. Financial documents can be sent directly to customer contacts by email or fax either singularly or in batches. Copies of sent documents can be stored automatically against the customer history, enabling companies to keep accurate records of customer contact which are then available to all network users.
By integrating Zetadocs into ERP applications, it allows users to:
- Convert any document to the appropriate file format i.e. PDF or TIFF
- Send any document to a recipient via their preferred distribution method or multiple methods - email, fax or to a network printer
- Enhance the presentation of outbound documents by applying stationery
- Add personalisation, such as a personalised message, or personalised document content
- Combine other document attachments such as other PDF files or Microsoft Office® documents
- Automatically archive all sent documents to a location on the network
