We design our products to integrate natively with the leading applications and hardware. All our software is multi-user, offering centralized management, audit and deployment for simple, trusted installations.
As a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, we ensure our products integrate tightly with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft SQL Server, all running on Microsoft Windows workstation and server platforms. We are invited by Microsoft onto most beta programs so that we can support new version releases at or soon after launch.
Our products use Group Policy and the Active Directory services infrastructure in Windows Server 2003 to enable IT administrators to roll out our software from a central location to users, simplifying administrative tasks and reducing IT costs.
We have competencies in Microsoft Business Solutions, ISV/Software Solutions and also Information Worker Solutions (which include building group productivity solutions like project and process management and business productivity). These competencies are a reflection of our superior relations with Microsoft.
We have a particular focus on the Microsoft Dynamics Suite, working closely with Microsoft VARs to deliver business solutions based around Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Microsoft Dynamics GP and Microsoft Dynamics AX.
Our partnership with Adobe ensures that the PDF files that Zetadocs and Zetafax create are fully compatible with Adobe Acrobat products and the Adobe Reader. This ensures that the documents our products create and email or the received faxes that users forward can be read easily, whoever receives them.
We work with Sage to ensure compatibility with Sage and ACT! products. Zetafax Duo can be integrated with ACT! to create merged faxes and PDF files such as sales quotations, requests for proposals, product brochures, terms and conditions, delivery schedules and spreadsheets. These documents can then be faxed or emailed to contacts or groups of contacts within ACT! Users can automatically store these mailings in the ACT! database.
Zetafax may be used with Goldmine from Frontrange Solutions. The integration means that you can use contact details recorded in Goldmine for faxing, and that faxes sent and received in Zetafax can be published into GoldMine for follow up and to link them in with GoldMine Automated Processes. You can use the Zetafax SMS Gateway to extend this integration to text messages, too.
Our partnership with Cantata means that Zetafax servers can be used with Brooktrout intelligent fax boards for V.34 faxing with error correction (ECM) to reduce the frequency of call failures at the fastest transmission rates, and to maximize compression (using MMH) to cut call times. This results in higher system reliability and lower running costs.
Our partnership with Dialogic results in Zetafax supporting Eicon intelligent fax boards and active ISDN controllers, as well Diva Server SoftIP call control software for T.38 internet faxing (FoIP).
