Equisys provides technical support through its offices in the United Kingdom , the USA and in other regions through its accredited distributors. Select your region below to contact your local support centre.

Please note: Equisys provides support for Zetafax Duo 2006 and 2007. If you are running a previous version of the software and require support, please contact us to discuss upgrading. Alternatively locate your nearest supplier.

What to have to hand

When contacting your local Support Centre please have the following information to hand:

Full description of the problem
Product version and license number
Product Server or Client PC operating system (e.g. Windows Vista)
Application you are printing or sending from (e.g. Word 2007, Outlook 2007)
Contact phone number, address and email

Zetafax: PC fax software for receiving and sending faxes in Microsoft Windows Vista, XP, 2000 and Server 2003
Zetadocs PDF: Software for creating, converting and emailing secure PDF documents from any Microsoft Office application
Zetadocs for NAV: Software for Navision that manages the capture and storage of accounting and financial documents
