Getting Support In The UK

All starter systems purchased in the UK receive 30 days of free email support from date of purchase. This period is designed to help you install and configure the product. Once this period has expired, customers must have a valid support contract to continue receiving support.

If you are within the free 30 day support period and wish to open a support query, use the support form to log your case directly with the Equisys support engineers.

Web-based support

Is available on a 24/7 basis from the Equisys website. A range of technical notes, 'How to' guides, software updates and fixes for known issues can be found in the comprehensive and fully searchable Knowledge Base.

Email support

Standard support via email is available to customers who purchase Software Assurance, for the duration of their contract. Software Assurance also provides all software upgrades and updates without further charge. Contracts are available for 1, 2, 3 or 5 years.

Telephone support

Is available to customers who purchase Software Maintenance. Telephone support is a call back service by an Equisys support engineer after investigating the problem description you logged earlier. Software Maintenance also provides all software upgrades and updates without further charge. Contracts are available for 1, 2, 3 or 5 years
